By accessing or using the services of The Law Firm Growth Agency ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Description

We provide digital marketing services specifically designed for law firms, including but not limited to website design, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, paid advertising management, and reputation management. All services are subject to specific service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your law firm
• Ensure all content you provide complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain compliance with your jurisdiction's legal advertising rules (LPC, SRA, state bar rules, etc.)
• Promptly review and approve materials we create on your behalf
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms

4. Regulatory Compliance

We design our marketing strategies to comply with legal advertising regulations in the jurisdictions we serve. However, it is ultimately your responsibility as a legal practitioner to ensure all marketing materials comply with your regulatory body's requirements. We recommend having your compliance officer or ethics counsel review all materials before publication.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Monthly retainers are due in advance on the 1st of each month
• Project-based work requires a deposit before commencement
• Advertising spend is separate from service fees and billed according to platform terms
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you (websites, content, etc.). We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and any materials not specifically created for you. We may use anonymized case studies and results for our own marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or lead volumes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice after any initial commitment period. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees earned through the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your marketing assets.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat all information about your firm and clients as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before any legal proceedings. The governing law shall be that of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement.

11. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content
• Interfere with the website's functionality
• Submit false or misleading information

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
